Kyle’s real estate career was born out of passion. Before buying his first property, Kyle immersed himself in every bit of information he could about Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and the local real estate market. From analytical data, to restaurants and construction projects across the city, Kyle’s extensive research transformed him into a market expert. What started as a search for his own properties, turned into a career helping his clients find their perfect homes and great investment deals.
Kyle advocates for pedestrian safety and quality urban design principles on his digital publication, Rising Real Estate, where he covers real estate development projects across the city. Kyle also has a passion for historic preservation. Philadelphia’s streets are a museum of architectural marvels. It is extremely important that Philadelphia balances the need for more housing and commercial real estate development with the safekeeping of our architectural treasures. There’s nothing Kyle likes to see more than a historic building adaptively reused to fit Philadelphia’s modern day needs.
Outside of real estate, Kyle is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan, an avid gardener, and enjoys working on projects around his house. You’ll often find him on the weekend exploring the parks, restaurants, and attractions across Philadelphia’s neighborhoods.
Prior to real estate, Kyle was a beach lifeguard in OCNJ, started two tech companies, worked for JPMorgan in New York City, and consulted various small businesses and entrepreneurs, directly driving millions of dollars in sales per year through his digital marketing efforts. Kyle attained undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Finance as well as a master’s degree in Information Management with a specialization in Project Management. Kyle’s well-rounded business and technical education gave him a foundation to build his career upon.
